Maseru - Maseru Magistrate Court has set the date to argue the case involving the suspended Lesotho Revenue Authority (LRA) Commissioner General Thabo Khasipe for March 03.

He has not been remanded into custody.

Khasipe was dragged to court where he faces a total of eight counts. He is alleged to have failed to file a return of income for the years 2006/2007 as required by the Income Tax Act No. 9 of 1999.

For the years 2014/2015, Khasipe is also alleged to have filed misleading return of income that omitted to state the gains or losses made during the years which ultimately attracted payment of income tax in the amount of over M90,000.
