MASERU – Basotho Enterprise Development Corporation is currently holding a Bacha Entrepreneurship Project (BEP) workshop which started on Monday and is expected to end next Friday at BEDCO offices Sebaboleng Estate.
The workshop is attended by at least 40 youth.
The Bacha Entrepreneurship Project (BEP) was kick started in 2019 although it was formally launched on 14 June 14, 2019.
BEP is a tripartite initiative of BEDCO, Standard Lesotho Bank and Lesotho Revenue Authority (LRA).
It is intended to assist unemployed youth who have completed their high school and tertiary education with start-up capital.
It is also intended to help those who already have businesses but may want to expand them.
Basotho Enterprises Development Corporation (BEDCO) continually provides support to micro and small entrepreneurs in their quest to grow their businesses and contribute meaningfully towards economic development of their country.
