Famed motor clinic closes shop

MASERU – A well-known car repair shop founded in August 1989, Lesotho Motor Clinic (LMC), will close shop this month. The management of LMC announced in a notice to its clients on July 31, that: “Please be notified that LMC Engineering (Workshop) will be closing on August 28th 2020.”

Management added that: “Please come in and pick up items left for repair if you have any with us before the closure date. After that time, we will no longer be available to provide assistance. “Thank you for your business and support. For any queries please contact us. We shall be available during business through 17:00 on August 28, 2020, which will be LMC Engineering’s final day of operation.”

Company register records show that LMC was incorporated on August 16, 1989, by Chi Chuan HUANG and Zho Zhong HONG who ceased to be a shareholder on July 10, 2015, and was replaced by Miss Li LI. LMC business activities included “maintenance and repair of motor vehicles” and “sale of motor vehicle parts and accessories”, among others.
