Petlane noted that the investigations that is being conducted by an independent consultant have thus far yielded some results, and that concerned parties have been cooperative and supporting and are assisting with information that will help in making recommendations to the board for consideration.
“The process has thus far been smooth and the Board resolved that all staff members return for duty effective on Tuesday 22nd February 2022 and carry on with the work of TRC until the investigations are completed of which the board subsequently will make pronouncement on a new decision going forward.
We all can agree that it is very crucial not only for the well-functioning of the centre but members of the public who benefit from TRC services , care and caution have been implored to all concerned parties that until the final report is submitted with recommendations for the board consideration, no one should be prejudiced in any way as both parties still enjoy both their rights and responsibilities as TRC employees during this undergoing investigation process,” reads the statement.
