Ntsekele sues incoming ABC NEC

MASERU – All Basotho Convention (ABC) Interim Secretary General Samonyane Ntsekele is suing Nqosa Mahao and four other party members for passing themselves of as members of the party’s National Executive Committee.

Ntsekele has cited Professor Mahao along with Samuel Rapapa, Lebohang Hlaele, Montoeli Masoetsa and ’Matebatso Doti as respondents in the application.

He also cited as respondents the Commissioner of Police, the Minister of Police, the Minister of Local Government and the Attorney General.

In his application, Ntsekele wants Mahao, Rapapa, Hlaele, Masoetsa and Doti to be interdicted from passing themselves of as ABC’s NEC members.

He also wants them to be stopped from holding ABC rallies or attending them.

He has further requested the court to interdict the police commissioner from issuing permits that allow the five to hold ABC rallies.
