MASERU – The ministry of Defence and National Security has announced that due to the ongoing security situation in Mozambique, SADC had to hold an emergency meeting with heads of states on June 25, 2021 in Maputo, Mozambique.
The meeting agreed that member states would join hands to help stabilize the security situation in that country and Lesotho is therefore also part of the commitment to help Mozambique as a SADC member.
An announcement will be made to the public when Lesotho is ready to fulfill its part.
