Maseru- Metropolitan clients can claim digitally through a newly introduced service dubbed Tobetsa. Tobetsa is a paperless solution introduced by Metropolitan Lesotho to pave the process that they use when their clients make claims.

This solution was brought because covid-19 restricted many companies from delivering services hence they had to find the solutions on how they can continue with services deliverance to their clients.

The implementation of Tobetsa has many virtues that are going to help the Metropolitan speed up claims process because clients are now served from home through calling and helps avoid interactions which can lead to the spread of covid-19.

This solution is now available to registered clients with policy investment, and for clients to register they need to fill in boarding form with their identity documents so that they can have access to the system.

 Metropolitan clients started using Tobetsa from January this years and since then they have got a positive feedback from their clients embracing this innovation and they are very happy to use it.
