ABC case postponed again

MASERU – High Court judge Justice Thamsanqa Nomngcongo yesterday postponed to June 4 a case in which ABC legislators seek the nullification of Professor Nqosa Mahao and his camp’s election into the party’s National Executive Committee.

This is after the applicants Habofanoe Lehana and Keketso Sello along with their lawyer Advocate Rapapa Sepiriti failed to turn up in court.

Earlier this week, Sepiriti dropped his clients before he announced that he would represent them again after they reportedly solved their differences.

The matter resumes next Tuesday before Justices; Nomngcongo, Moroke Mokhesi and Sakoane Sakoane.
