Man rapes minor

MAFETENG – A 51-year-old man, Lehlohonolo Kelepa from Mafeteng appeared before the magistrate court on November 12 accused of raping a 15-year-old from the same village.
He remains in custody waiting to re-appear before the court on November 25.
According to Mpiti, the teenage girl disappeared on July until on 11 November when police got a tip-off that she was staying together with Kelepa.
