Notorious robbers appear in court

MASERU – Following the much-talked about armed robbery that happened at Med-Cash Building, Maseru, last week two suspects have been brought to court.

Thabiso Masollane, 22, and Tanki Seipati (age not given who originates at Mohlapeng Thaba Tseka but lives at Upper Thamae Maseru and works at Sky Country Butchery appeared before the magistrate court on March 26, 2021.

They are both accused of murder, attempting to kill several people, armed robbery and possessing illegal guns with bullets.

Police said the suspects are police custody waiting to appear before court again on April 9, 2021.

Police investigations continue since two of the six suspects are is still at large, while another suspect is in hospital fighting for his life and another is dead.
