Another milestone for Massive Ladies

As the club exports three more players

MASERU – Massive Ladies FC management have scored big again with three of its players, Ntsoaki Molefi and Ntaoleng Litlhare sign contracts with South African Tsunami Queens while the club forward Polo Molapo made it to Hallelujah Zebra Force after passing weeklong trials at the clubs last week. Molefi, who is an attacking midfielder, will now put on new colours alongside a youthful defender Litlhare who was her teammate at Massive Ladies.

The duo who also wears the National Under-17 colours will be contesting at the same league as Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies FC and have notched an opportunity to face senior womens’ football team, Mehalalitoe, captain Boitumelo Rabale who recently joined Sundowns and Litšeoana Maloro who plays for Bloemfontein Celtic Ladies. Tsunami Queens is also a South African football club playing in the SAFA National Women’s League.

Massive Ladies had earlier exported three players in ‘Mamakhabane Makibinyane, Mpoetse Ranchobe and Rapelang Makhetha who joined Hallelujah Zebra Force a few weeks ago. Meanwhile, upcoming goalkeeper, ‘Mamakhabane Makibinyana who recently signed with Hallelujah Zebras Force, has so far been featured in two league matches.

She made it to the first 11 during the first league match where Zebra Force defeated Vaal University of Technology by 7-3 and also played in the second match where her club went down 3-2 to Kempton Park Ladies in Gauteng SASOL Women’s League.

Massive Ladies co-founder, ‘Methe Kotelo, said the girls are yet to sign contracts but the two teams have confirmed that they need the services of such players. “As Massive Ladies management, we are delighted and proud with the achievement. They have eight months in our club. It is a great achievement for the club as we aim to export as many players as possible.

Our target is to see our team contest in Women Super League. We are already grooming other players to fill the gap left by the six players who went abroad. The club recently played friendly matches against LDF Ladies where it lost by 3-1 in the first match and 3-0 in the second match,” he added.
