Two judges sworn in

Maseru – Justice Realeboha Mathaba and Justice Fumane ‘Malebona Khabo have been appointed to the High Court bench and took the judicial oath of office yesterday.
The High Court and Court of Appeal Registrar Advocate Mathato Sekoai said Justices Mathaba and Khabo beat three other candidates in open panel of questions. She pleaded with the nation to the newly appointed judges mindful they are only human and are bound to make mistakes unaware.
The two judges will be both based in Maseru with Justice Mathaba specifically deployed to the Commercial Court.
