LUCT seeks to groom 4th Industrial Revolution-ready professionals

MASERU – Limkokwing University of Creative Technology (LUCT) kick started its annual orientation from Tuesday, August 13th until today (Thursday) where the Institution is focused on grooming Fourth Industrial Revolution-ready professionals.
Speaking at the event on behalf LEAP, Nkune Lebesa set the tone and assured the freshmen that with the right mindset they will make great strides in life after graduation.
Lebesa spoke about discouraging the mindset of getting a degree to become employed describing such thinking as a recipe for life-time poverty.
The greater challenge comes after graduation with a youth unemployment rate of at least 33.22%.
He assured them that LUCT is the right place for them to walk out as job creators instead of loafers who will later add to unemployment statistics.
