Seboku meat brand set to go places

Maseru – Up to 300 individual farmers and corporates will attend the Silo Agricultural Megazine symposium at Mojalefa Lephole Convention Centre from 18 to 19 September.
The expo will end with the launch of the Seboku meat tasting festival and gala dinner on Friday 20, September.
Up to 10 hotels and restaurants confirmed their intention to participate in the meat tasting event where the winner will get M5,000 ransom plus a trip to the international food festival in Terra Madre Salon del Gusto in Italy.
The event is purposed to create a marketing niche for seboku meat which is meat for cows, sheep, and goats that graze seboku grass in the mountains.
The brand has already been registered and the certification protocols are being developed.
