Sacu to share information on AFCTA

MASERU – The Southern African Customs Union (SACU) Secretariat will tomorrow host a Webinar livestream on the SACU Facebook page on the implementation of the African Continental Free Trade Area (ACFTA) in the SACU region.
The purpose of the webinar is primarily share information with the business community on market dispensations under the AFCTA.
Senior representatives from the SACU Ministries of Trade and Industry as well as customs administrations in the member states will participate in the Webinar to share the status on the implementation of the AFCFTA in their countries. Information regarding customs administrative arrangements for the implementation of the agreement and continent-wide market opportunities and export facilitation at the national level will be presented.
