MASERU – As we celebrate Women’s Month and African women’s excellence, it is gratifying to note that a Mosotho woman has scaled the corporate ladder within the ranks of a leading local commercial bank, Standard Lesotho Bank (SLB).
SLB’s Head of Retail and Business Banking, Selloane Tsike, in 2016 became the first female Mosotho to head this department which was all along was headed by non-Basotho, white professionals inspiring younger generations of Basotho women to realise that there are no limits to what they can achieve.
